I can't believe I spent the last two weeks on a bus. I must be crazy. By day 4, people were ready to be done with tour, not because it wasn't fun, just because it felt like we'd been gone forever already. Fortunately, week 2 went by a lot faster. It was an experience I'll never forget, staying with different families from different backgrounds each night in a different city all over Colorado. I stayed with a cancer survivor, a few different sets of grandparents, farmers, business people, rich and poor, members and non-members, a pregnant lady, 2 single women in their mid-late twenties, an old couple whose daughter and grandchildren had just been in a nearly fatal car crash, etc. All kinds of wonderful people who were willing and charitable enough to open their homes to house young college students for a night or two.
2 favorite activities of the tour?
Sand Dunes and the Denver Zoo. So. Much. Fun.

St. Elizabeth's of Hungary Roman Catholic Church- the location of our closing tour concert |
Denver chapel reminiscent of the Manhattan temple as it is built into several levels of a high rise on a main road |
Best part of the last 2 weeks? Monday afternoon when I woke up to the pilot's voice. "Folks, welcome to Phoenix." So HAPPY to be HOME!!! |
